He married Anna Marie Richmond. Anna was born March 18, 1923. Anna was the daughter of Jeremiah Webster Richmond and Blance Mae Cochran. Anna died 1995 at 72 years of age. Ref: LCF1 (1997) Clarence Lee Bucher was raised by his paternal grandparents after his parents died. He worked at PPG.
