Thomas's education:. In 1910, Graduated from Ohio State U, College of Agriculture. (1936) Thomas David Phillips is now with Ohio State University as head of their experimental farm and can be reached through the University. He lectures quite extensively at Farmer's institutes and other farm meetings.
