1455. Mary Florence⁷ Kelly (Magdalena Millicent⁶ Stallsmith, Julia Ann⁵ Gorby, Jonathon⁴, Joseph³, Joseph², Samuel¹) was born in Rawson, Hancock Co, OH. March 7, 1877.

She married Alvin Virgil DeWese in Rawson, Hancock Co, OH., May 17, 1898. Alvin was born March 3, 1871.

Mary resided :. In 1936, Box 275, Findlay, OH. (1936) Mary Florence (Kelly) DeWese was married in her parent's home by Rev W J Green. After married, set up housekeeping in Toledo, OH. Later moved to Findlay, OH.

She has worked long and faithfully on the history of her branch of the Gorby family for this volume (Alva Gorby's book), and has become such a genealogy enthusiast that she is going on when this is complete and work out the family tree for the other three lines of her children's ancestors, so they may know who they really are. Here is wishing her success!

+ 2774 iv. Naomi Josephine DeWese was born November 22, 1908.

2775 v. Marcus Kelly DeWese was born in Mt Cory, OH. March 6, 1912. Marcus resided :. In 1936, 2618 Reading Rd, Cincinnati, OH.

Marcus's education:. In 1930, Graduated from Rawson High School. (1936) Marcus Kelly DeWese has been training and riding race horses in Canada, Maryland and Florida.

2776 vi. Martha Kathryn DeWese was born in Bluffton, OH Hospital. July 9, 1920. (1936) Martha Kathryn DeWese has just completed the 10th year in the Findlay High School, and in the state test for 10th year English she ranked 4th in the state, 2nd in the district and 8th regardless of classification as to year. She is also a champion speller.
