484. David Howard⁶ Stallsmith (Julia Ann⁵ Gorby, Jonathon⁴, Joseph³, Joseph², Samuel¹) was born November 16, 1866. David died 1930 at 63 years of age.

He married Almeda Burkett.

David Howard Stallsmith and Almeda Burkett had the following children:

1474 i. David George⁷ Stallsmith was born November 27, 1885. He married Mary Ellen Deman in Rose Ave, Columbus, OH., April 16, 1907. Mary is the daughter of H M Deman and ?. (1936) Mary Ellen (Demain) Stallsmith was a Citizen telephone operator until the automatic exchange was established, then worked for the Bell Pottery until her marriage.

David resided :. In 1936, 649 Broadway, Toledo, OH. (1936) David Howard Stallsmith worked for the Bell Pottery and Ralph Steel Co until 1907, then moved to Logan, OH, where he was employed by the Hocking Valley RR Co as Wreck Crew Engineer and car repair man until 1917, when he was promoted to the position of metal car foreman which position he still holds, and is stationed at Toledo.

Early in his life his home was broken up by the death of his mother, but he has been successful in business and is a highly respected citizen. He is a member of the Masonic, Eagle and Moose Orders.

+ 1475 ii. Nina Catherine Stallsmith was born January 28, 1887.

1476 iii. Vera Viola Stallsmith was born July 22, 1889. Vera died in Colorado.. She married Robert Fitzsimmons.

Children info: No children.

1477 iv. Sarah May Stallsmith was born July 11, 1891. Sarah died 1919 in Findlay, OH., at 27 years of age. (1936) Birth date also given as July 11, 1893.
