He married Annie Cosgrove. Annie was born June 8, 1862. Annie died August 29, 1925 at 63 years of age.

Robert Warren Johnston Jameson Gorby and Annie Cosgrove had the following children:

+ 39 v. Harriet Anne Gorby was born February 8, 1892.

+ 40 vi. Robert Gorby Jr. was born December 30, 1894.

+ 41 vii. Marian Josephine Gorby was born December 3, 1896.

42 viii. Sarah Gorby was born April 28, 1898. Sarah died 1918.

43 ix. Emily Agnes Gorby was born August 25, 1899. She married John Conolly.

44 x. Thos. Montgomery Gorby was born 1900.

45 xi. Letitia Gorby was born January 5, 1902.

46 xii. William Gorby was born 1905.
