She then married Richard Nelson Gorby.
Marie raised near Fredrickstown, OH. Has a book on Fredrickstown.
He married Angela Rose Whitehead October 19, 1943. Angela was born in Va. April 12, 1927. Ref: SLW1. 10.8.97 - Moved to Rogers, Ohio at age 9 yrs. Her father owned Brooksid ,Inn. She is the 3rd. cousin to Chet Akins - a country singer, guitar player. She knew many of the stars before they became famous. Has lots of pictures of them as kids. Ref: TLG1: 5.10.97 -.
