He married Kathryn Agerton October 14, 1942. Kathryn was born in LNew London, AR. November 23, 1909. Kathryn died September 11, 1960 in St Louis, MO., at 50 years of age. Her body was interred. Buried at Christ Church Cemetary in Bastrop, LA. Ref: CCP1-6.30.99 - Her newspaper obituary states her year of birth as 1909; however, a copy of her official birth certificate has the year 1914 handwritten on it. A legal correction of her birth certificate, dealing with the spelling of her mother’s name, has Kathryn’s year of birth as 1912. Ref: CCP1-6.30.99 - Not listed in the Gorby Book.
