He married Alice Louise Farmer in First Christian Church, Salem, Ohio., April 28, 1963. Alice was born March 3, 1940. Ref: VLM1 Alice graduated from Salem High School and Hannah E. Mullins School of Practical Nursing. She has been employed by Salem City Hospital for many years. Sibling info: d/o Clyde L. Farmer, Salem, Ohio. Ref: VLM1 At the time they were married, John and Alice resided at Amityville, Long Island, New York where the bridegroom is employed by Air France Airlines at New York International Airport in Jamaica, N. Y. He attended Lisbon High School and served four years in the Air Force.

At the time John Jr. was born, John and Alice still lived in Amityville, New York but Alice returned to Salem to have John Jr. They moved back to Winona in 1966. They moved back to Winona in 1966.

At the present time (1997) John and Alice live in Winona, Ohio.
