4387. Kenneth Lee⁹ Gamble (Bessie Faye⁸ Gorby, John Grant⁷, James Sherman⁶, Samuel Stilley⁵, Samuel George⁴, Joseph³, Joseph², Samuel¹) was born in Salem, Ohio. January 23, 1949. Kenneth died November 9, 1987 in Salem Community Hospital, Salem, Ohio., at 38 years of age.

He married twice. He married Marilyn Jean Edwards in First Methodist Church, Salem, Ohio., December 9, 1967. Sibling info: d/o Charles and Frances Edwards - Salem, Ohio. He married Zara Roseanna Galloway in New Garden Methodist Church -, Ohio., April 21, 1974. Zara was born May 22, 1955. Ref: VLM1 Ref: VLM1 Kenneth died as a result of an auto accident. He drove his car into the path of a pickup truck on Route 9 at the intersection of Route 45 in Perry Township. This is near Salem, Ohio. He was on his way home from work at 4:22 P. M. He was employed at American Standard as a millwright where he had worked for 1 1/2 years. Prior to that time he worked as a millwright at William K. Stamets of Columbiana for 10 years.

He graduated from United Local High School in 1967 and was 38 years old at the time of his death.

He also had two children by a previous marriage: Charles Edwards and Matthew Carl who at the time of Kenneth's death, resided with their mother Marilyn in Summerville, S. C.

Rev. W. Glenn Althouse officiated at his funeral, he was Kenneth's step-brother.
